With over 20 years of practical, on-the-ground experience navigating the complexities of the global energy sector, Mohamed has built a career on a singular premise: true operational integrity is achieved only when every individual embrace safety and quality as a personal responsibility.
Mohamed’s expertise was forged in the field. During his seven-year tenure with global giant Schlumberger, he managed high-risk operations across offshore HPHT platforms, remote desert environments, H₂S zones, and extreme weather conditions, From field technician to logistic and store supervisor to QHSE an Building on this frontline foundation, he transitioned to SGS, taking on a dual, high-impact role: serving simultaneously as the Regional QHSE Manager for the Middle East and as a Global Operational Integrity Auditor. In this capacity, he oversaw massive, complex operations across Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Iraq, mastering the ability to align uncompromising global compliance standards with challenging local realities.
His success in transforming regional safety cultures across the Middle East led to his final elevation within SGS as the Global Operational Integrity Manager. In this executive role, Mohamed spearheaded the company's worldwide Behavior-Based Safety (BBS) program, designing and deploying global best practices, corporate incident learning strategies, and advanced safety training programs across all global regions.
His practical leadership is backed by an elite, globally recognized professional status in risk, safety, and quality management. Mohamed holds prestigious memberships that set the gold standard in the industry. He is an IRCA Certificated Principal Auditor for both Occupational Health & Safety and Quality Management Systems, a Chartered Quality Professional (PCQI), a Full Member of the International Institute of Risk and Safety Management (MIIRSM).
Through SZI, he provides the visionary leadership and meticulous quality assurance that high-volume, high-stakes supply chains demand.
